The Metabolic Modeler is responsible for i) creating and validating genome-scale metabolic models using our in-house software for various immune and disease cell types of interest, ii) analyzing transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics and lipidomics data and their integration to contextualize the genome-scale metabolic models for different organisms, iii) integrating omics and metabolic modeling analysis, and iv) the biological interpretation of modeling results in the context of the project objectives.

The Scientific Proposal Writer is responsible for i) sourcing federal requests for proposals that are in alignment with our lab's vision, ii) conducting necessary research to understand the scientific details, marketing landscape, and overall positioning within the field, iii) drafting a compelling proposal, inclusive of all supplementary documentation required by the solicitation, and finalizing with the lead writer, and iv) working with internal budgeting, HR, research, and partner teams to coordinate necessary documentation in support of a proposal submission.
